My pen name is Eilobel. I love Jesus, the moon, and the Breakfast Club. This is my blog! I am currently on a 6 month missions trip to Brazil; this is where I will be sharing what God has been doing in my life during this time; plus whatever else I feel like sharing after that.
I became a Christian early in high school and God hasn't stopped changing and molding me since! I run a ministry with my best friend called Rise Above It Missions (check out the tab 'My Ministry' to check out our website.) and our goals are to one day open a recovery house for teenagers and young adults who struggle with self harm, depression, and eating disorders. But for now we aim to encourage those people via Facebook, Twitter, our email, and our website.
As for me personally, I'm crazy, energetic, and passionate. I love anime, Star Wars, the Lord Of The Rings, Tim Be Told, Marvel movies, and Once Upon A Time. Thank you for checking out my blog!
A Note From The Best Friend
Hello readers of Eilobel's blog. This is her best friend writing. I was assigned the task of redesigning her blog and what not. And I couldn't have free range of a website without hacking it at least once. So I wanted to throw in my opinion about who Eilobel is.
Well, she's my best friend. She's got the biggest heart I've ever known and she's the bravest young woman I've ever encountered. She is my other half and I love her to the moon and back. She is so courageous and outgoing. She is understanding and compassionate. She has experienced so much and yet she remains so strong. She doesn't get how wonderful she really is. She has touched so many lives. I would venture to say hundreds. And she's still going. Not only is she the best human ever, but she's so freaking humble about it.
She has an incredible heart for God and her desire to serve Him is contagious. She can make anyone smile and she is always thinking of others. She is going to change the world one day. So watch out.
I am honored to be her best friend.
